Race Terms and Conditions of 30th Telekom Vivicittá Budapest Spring Half Marathon

The filling out of the registration form is a voluntary disclosure as well. I agree that my Personal Information can be stored by the organisers (BSI) in the event database and I also acknowledge that the Personal Information given above is correspondent to reality.

I accept the fact the I may appear on any of the photographs or videos taken in the Event, or in any TV or internet broadcast of the Event. I accept that these materials could be used also for commercial purposes (eg. billboard, flyers etc.) and I cannot have any claims connected to these.

Under my personal responsibility I declare that I regularly have been checking my medical condition with my doctor, and I am fully prepared for the event, and will stand at the starting line completely healthy. I acknowledge that the organisers (BSI) have no liability for any medical problems or injuries caused by bad conditions, inappropriate training, hidden sicknesses. I continuously monitor my medical conditions, and I declare that I only participate on the event if I am absolutely healthy, and I do not start the race with fever, or other sickish conditions, nor with an empty stomach.

I acknowledge that those runners will be disqualified, who miss to finish the full distance of the race (marked by the organisers), or covers or folds their start numbers, or use the help of biker/roller blade accompanist.

I acknowledge that the organisers (BSI) accept no liability at all for problems caused by the improper or incorrect filling out of the registration form. (eg. missing from the race result list, or missing from the winners’ list, or will be left out from the lot).
